GLOBAL KBW L.L.C. runs a service-desk operation — packaging and kitting, shows and conventions, and contract support services. The only personal information we handle through this website is what you choose to send us and the routine technical logs our hosting platform produces.

When you submit the ticket form or email us we receive your name, company name, email address, optional phone number, the lane you selected, and whatever you write in the message field. The form uses your own mail client — message content lives in your sent folder and in our inbox, and nowhere else.
Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) automatically records standard web-server data: IP address, browser type and version, pages requested, request timestamps, and referring URLs. We use this only for security monitoring and capacity planning.
We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, behavioral profiling cookies, fingerprinting, or social-media trackers on this site. We never request payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, or login credentials through this website or by email.
We do not sell personal information, rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. Ever.
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of any font request; the loaded files are cached by your browser like any other resource. No tracking cookies follow you from this site.
We share data only where it is technically required to run the site:
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not give providers more access than the service requires.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena or lawful government request, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of GLOBAL KBW L.L.C., our clients, or the public. Where lawful and practical we will notify you before disclosing.
Ticket correspondence and inquiry records are kept for the life of the business relationship plus the period required by tax and record-keeping law (generally seven years). Hosting access logs rotate under Firebase's own retention schedule. If you ask us to delete correspondence we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Where we perform meter reading, inventory taking, coupon processing, cataloging or similar contract services for a client, the data handled under that engagement belongs to the client and is governed by the service agreement, not by this website policy. This Privacy Policy covers the website and business correspondence only.

This website and our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
The site is served over HTTPS. Email is handled over standard secured channels, and access to correspondence is limited to staff who need it to answer you. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure — please do not send highly sensitive information (payment data, credentials, identification numbers) through the ticket form.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted at this address with a revised effective date. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
