These Terms of Service govern your use of globalkb.shop (the "Site"), operated by GLOBAL KBW L.L.C. ("GLOBAL KBW", "we", "us"), located at 6545 Market Ave N, Canton, OH 44721, United States. The Site was developed by GLOBAL KB. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is a corporate description of GLOBAL KBW's service scope: packaging and kitting (Line A), shows and conventions (Line B), and contract support services (Line C). The Site:
Every service engagement requires a written scope of work agreed between you and GLOBAL KBW. Nothing on the Site modifies, replaces or overrides a signed agreement.
Content on the Site is general information about our services. It is not engineering, legal, safety, security or logistics advice, and it is not tailored to your situation. Decisions about firefighting services, utility locating, traffic flagging, diving services or other regulated work must always be made with qualified professionals and in compliance with applicable law and permits.
Line A packaging services expressly exclude packing and crating for transportation. We do not act as a freight forwarder, carrier or shipper, and we do not arrange or perform transportation.
Certain Line C categories (e.g., firefighting, utility locating, motor vehicle license issuing, meter reading) are performed under contract, franchise or licensing arrangements where required. Descriptions on the Site do not constitute a representation that any particular activity will be performed in any jurisdiction without the permits, licenses or authorizations that law requires.
Event promotion and management lines are offered with or without facilities. Nothing on the Site represents that we own, lease or control any venue.
We keep the Site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. Service descriptions summarize categories; the authoritative scope of any engagement is the written scope of work, not this Site.

When you email us or submit the ticket form you grant GLOBAL KBW a non-exclusive right to use the content of your correspondence to respond to you and to evaluate, scope and perform requested services. You represent that you own or control the information you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights. Do not send payment card numbers, account credentials or government identification numbers through the form.
GLOBAL KBW communicates only from @globalkb.shop addresses and from +1 (435) 691-6040. We will never message you first asking for payment, gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire transfers or account credentials. If you receive such a message, it is fraud — report it and do not respond.
The Site's design, layout, graphics (including the barcode bands and the sorting-line artwork), copy and code are the property of GLOBAL KBW L.L.C. and its developer, GLOBAL KB, protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. No other use — reproduction, republication, redistribution or derivative works — is permitted without prior written consent.
The Site uses Google Fonts and is hosted on Google Firebase. Links to mail clients open your own email application. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies or availability.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBAL KBW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBAL KBW'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100). THIS LIMIT APPLIES ONLY TO WEBSITE USE — it does not limit obligations under a signed service agreement, and it does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law (including fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or statutory liability that survives a contractual cap).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GLOBAL KBW and its members, managers and staff from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising from the Site lies in the state and federal courts located in Stark County, Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revisions take effect when posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.
